This is more than a name and logo change. It’s a reflection of who we’ve become and where we’re heading.

Why the Change?

We’ve evolved. From a UK-based fulfilment provider to a global operations partner, offering so much more than pick, pack, and dispatch. Today, we support brands at every growth stage, from start-up and scale-up to international expansion. IFGlobal better represents the value we deliver. Most importantly, it positions us to communicate with greater relevance to the brands that rely on us now, and those that will in future.

What’s Changing and What’s Not?

This rebrand is designed to enhance, not disrupt, your experience with us. There’s no change to our ownership, leadership, or the day-to-day teams you rely on. What you will notice is a clearer articulation of our services, more proactive communication, and greater alignment between our technology, operations, and account management.

You’ll also see improvements to how we support your brand, from upgraded client portals, enhanced visibility and reporting, to improved customer support, self-serve knowledge bases, and more tailored value-added service offerings.

If anything, this rebrand reflects our deeper investment in helping you grow, not just move stock.

You’ll start to see our new identity rolled out from mid-June, including a fresh name, logo, imagery, website, and messaging. But don’t worry. The people, service, commitment and trust aren’t going anywhere.

From I-Fulfilment to IFGlobal

The name “I-Fulfilment” served us well, though it no longer captured the scale or strategy behind what we do. I-Fulfilment often implied “just fulfilment.” It didn’t reflect the nuanced value we offer in areas like customised packaging, amazon marketplace management, warehouse and inventory management software, global expansion strategies, or customer retention through strategic partnerships.

IFGlobal retains our heritage while signalling our global ambition and adaptive mindset. The name and new messaging expresses a more complete picture. The “IF” remains, honouring our heritage, while the “Global” signals the scale, mindset, and reach we’ve grown into. It also speaks to what’s possible, with the right partner.

The New Visual Identity

With the new name comes a refreshed visual language that’s modern, clean, confident, and versatile. The new IFGlobal logo is bold but refined, maintaining a nod to the previous logo that has carried us this far for over 20 years. Our updated colour palette introduces more depth and vibrancy, supporting stronger brand consistency across digital and physical environments.

Typography has been modernised to reflect both our reliability and agility. The entire visual system is designed to scale across touchpoints, from warehouse signage and uniforms to websites, software interfaces, social media and content.
