Tell us about yourself.
I joined the I-Fulfilment Team in 2023 and have enjoyed my time here so far. Before this, I spent most of my time working and living in Poland, the UK and Italy. Currently, I live in Bournemouth, a beautiful place by the sea. I enjoy travelling, water sports, skiing, and cycling. And I love food!
What is your current role with I-Fulfilment, and what responsibilities are associated with the position?
I work as a data analyst; I gather raw data from different business areas and turn them into useful, actionable information according to our customers and own needs. At this stage, I am collaborating with the Stock Control team. We’re working on fulfillment center optimisation to improve picking sequences and efficiencies to drive and improve SLA performance as we continue to grow and process more volume across all our fulfillment centers.
Our platform, BladePRO, benefits significantly from each of these insights, improving at a high rate and adding benefits to both us and our client base. I am looking forward to working with our customers who are using BladePRO in their own fulfillment center operations. I will be able to provide rich insights and recommendations to ensure their operations are operating in line with best practices. I’m looking forward to working with the datasets we have available at I-Fulfilment. The opportunities to improve even further are almost unlimited.
What attracted you to work with I-Fulfilment, and what was your background?
I-Fulfilment is very close to my heart because the company uses the latest technology and infrastructure to support eCommerce fulfilment services, both areas I really like. For over 12 years, I ran a small IT business in Poland, providing IT support to customers in different industries. Since 2016 I have chosen to focus on the logistics industry, initially for H&M Distribution Centre in Rugby, H&M Logistica in Casalpusterlengo in Italy, and later for Muc-Off Ltd in North Baddesley.
My professional experience combining data and logistics can benefit the organisation greatly as here at I-Fulfilment, there is a clear, instant connection between operations and IT making the feedback loop for testing much shorter!
What do you enjoy most about working at I-Fulfilment?
Every day is different and brings new challenges. We have amazing people, a great atmosphere and work with multiple different businesses, and there is no place for boredom!
Who is the most inspirational person in your life, and why?
To be honest, I don’t have any favourite person. Every day we meet amazing people who inspire us, encourage or teach us a lesson, and they don’t need to be famous people. We can learn from others and grow on a daily basis, and this is fantastic.
